SUBMISSION OF REQUESTS – EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

To exercise your rights, you may submit a relevant request. We commit to responding and providing the requested information without undue delay and within one (1) month from the verified receipt of the request.

This period may be extended by up to two (2) additional months if required, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such cases, you will be informed within one (1) month of receipt.

If we are unable to respond within the prescribed timeframe, you will be informed of the reasons within one (1) month of receipt.

Requests are reviewed for size and repetition per requester to assess potential abuse, in accordance with Article 12(3) of the GDPR.


HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In compliance with the GDPR, we process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, ensuring legality, objectivity, and transparency.

As Data Controller, we confirm that all necessary organizational and security measures have been taken in accordance with the GDPR.

Processing is carried out fairly, respecting privacy, personality, and human dignity, in good faith and with the free will of the parties.
