UMA Fitness AC “Athletic Association E.M.D.” is the culmination of a 20+ year journey in the field of fitness, exercise, and physical conditioning, starting in 2002 with the creation of Yoga Fit Studio. It is the result of many years of experience, expertise, and dedication to exercise, with the aim of offering workouts that respect the body, enhance physical performance, and inspire an active, healthy lifestyle.
Our holistic approach combines modern and proven training methods, drawing on techniques and exercises from different disciplines such as Pilates, Functional Training, Yoga, and Strength & Conditioning. Each training program is tailored to the needs of each athlete, with an emphasis on proper execution, safety, and gradual progress, from basic physical conditioning to more demanding fitness goals.
We provide the opportunity group and individual training sessions, covering different needs and goals. In every case, training is personalized, safe, and tailored to deliver maximum results.
As active members of the Panhellenic Federation of Fitness and Physical Training, we uphold the values of sport and contribute significantly to promoting the health and well-being of our athlete members.
